The Beauty of Nature in Art

For Creative Arts today Elm Class studied the work of an amazing artist named Andy Goldworthy. This Artist uses nature’s offerings to create some stunning pieces of work and the students it fascinating and had some wonderful discussions about it and how he had made certain pieces work so well. We then went for a walk to a local woodland and each had a bag to collect some items from nature in order to create our very own master pieces. After lunch we set to making our designs and the results were just beautiful. Well done to all of our lovely students in Elm Class for some great work and also lovely manners and lots of laughs on our walk.
