Using Prepositions

During 'Messy Maths' sessions, Blue Class has been learning about prepositions such as, under, left, and right. The pupils used toys to place in different locations, according to the adults’ instructions. They also played with the ‘Code and Go’ robot mouse to click on the different arrows to make the mouse move accordingly.

The pupils made their animal figures move on the treasure map left/right/forwards/backward to find treasure items. They used mathematical language (prepositions) to move the little figures around the map.
