Student Council Visit Sunderland City Hall

Last week the student council had the pleasure of visiting the brand new Sunderland City Hall building to meet the Mayoress of Sunderland. We had a full tour of the building, learning about how the structure relates to Sunderland’s shipbuilding history and the important jobs that the Mayoress upholds. We even had the treat of tea and biscuits in the private meeting room! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are hoping to go back to conduct our own student meeting there in the future!
