Superheroes Don’t Fly; They Teach English!

Birch Class had lots of fun on Tuesday morning when we were visited by a superhero to introduce our new English topic "Heroism". The students had to reveal the clues left on the wall by Batman (aka Faz). Using a water gun, they revealed lots of pictures of superheroes using colour magic. It didn’t take long before they guessed the topic. There was lots of laughter as Faz fully embraced the role of Batman. The students then drew their own vision of a hero which they labelled with lots of descriptive words and thought about what a hero meant to them. What a fabulous start to our new topic.
